The Cloudflare check contacts Cloudflare, which may collect measurement results as described in its library documentation. Our results are retained for 30 days. We do not record video or platform passwords.
Cloudflare payloads total at most approximately 288 MB before retries and overhead. Each US test transfers for about 50 seconds: at 1 Gbps in both directions that can use roughly 6 GB. Actual use varies with speed. Allow several minutes for the full sequence.

Your comparison
Loaded latency screens for delays while the connection is busy. It does not locate the cause. Packet loss is not measured. The two engines use different methods; compare normal and VPN throughput only in the two US columns.
Better test results are a reason to try a real broadcast with support. They do not guarantee a stable stream.
